The Historic Stockyards District is a fun place to be for all the family, where fine
food and
great entertainment may be enjoyed by all in safety in a fantastic Old Texas atmosphere.

A change in plans
For financial reasons the board of directors has decided that, in keeping with the concept of the lower key Spring meetings, this event will now be held at Enchanted Rock, Fredericksburg in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
The Trois Estate
The meeting and its associated gun show will be held in the Reception Hall, with the Cap Gun Museum and the Lodge being available if table sales dictate.
Accommodations at the resort will be available to table-holders, members and invited guests at prices discounted from those shown on the website accessed through the above link.
More comprehensive details will be posted soon.
Fredericksburg offers great shopping and eating for families wishing to see the locality, and there are numerous opportunities for alternative
accommodations if required.
As of 2010, the Texas Gun Collectors Association will be holding its gun shows six months apart on the fourth weekend in April and on the third weekend in October.
Therefore, the schedule for our gun shows after 2010 will be as follows:
2011: 29 April - 1 May* 14 - 16 October
2012: 27 -29 April 19 - 21 October
2013: 26 - 28 April 18 - 20 October
2014: 25 - 27 April 17 - 19 October
and every fourth weekend in April and third weekend in October thereafter. *However, shouldEaster fall on the fourth weekend in April, the gun show will be moved to either the third weekend in April or the first weekend in May as is the case in 2011. |
